A wide distance between center sliding stop and guide rail can be the cause of this noise. The recommended clearance between center sliding stop and guide rail is not more than 0.02mm.

　　Bearing of eccentricity wheel may be replaced for possible wear and tear.

　　A rugged attrition wheel should be removed to decrease the noise from the machine.
